Terms of Service

1. GENERAL

✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission based on my workload and comfortability.
✦ My commissions are for personal use only, such as printing it for your own use, using it as a pfp/banner, and posting onto your socials (credit is highly appreciated).
✦ You may not:
Claim artwork as your own
Remove my watermark
Alter, edit or use for AI training/NFT
✦ Heads up! I may use the finished artwork and time-lapse on my portfolio/social unless requested privacy ^^

2. PAYMENT

✦ All prices are in SGD.
✦ 50% upfront for a rough sketch, then 50% upon completion.
✦ Payment via PayNow (for SG) | Ko-Fi (for international) will be accepted once your commission is confirmed.
✦ No refunds once the rough sketch starts! In any case, I need to cancel on my end, and I will refund the full amount.

3. PROCESS

✦ Once confirmed, I will contact you through your preferred platform to discuss further details and confirmation.
✦ Progress will be updated (sketch → colour → final), and will be updated on Trello as well.
✦ Up to 2 - 3 revisions during the sketch phase, so please let me know ahead!
✦ Prices may incur additional charges, depending on the complexity of the commission (character design + background)
✦ Once the other 50% payment is fulfilled, the final artwork will be sent to you via email in PNG format. Feel free to request a time-lapse of the artwork if you like to keep that too! :D
